The Boyne 100 Road Race took place only once, in September 2006, near Tullyallen, Co. Louth, Ireland.

Just one edition, just one trace of this road race (either called Boyne 100 or Tullyallen) in the history of road racing. But actually very exciting.
In 2006, the local Club tried to bring back to life the old “Tullyallen Motorcycle Road Race”, which was usually held on quite the same course in the Sixties.
2006 edition looked like a great rebirth for this old race: a lot of competitors, many fans, a thrilling 3.2 miles course (especially the “Glen” section) and a parade on the original track to remember the first Tullyallen Road Race.
Great names attended the Boyne 100 event: Martin Finnegan, John Burrows, a young Conor Cummins, the whole Dunlop family.
It is amazing nowadays to see the results of the 125cc Boyne 100 Race: first on the finish line was Michael Dunlop, followed by his brother William, then his father Robert and his cousin Sam.
Conor Cummins won the 600cc Race ahead of John Burrows and “Miky D”, while Martin Finnegan won both the 1000cc Race and the Grand Final, followed by manxman Cummins and Burrows. Davy Morgan was the quickest on the course setting the lap record (1’54”955).
The fast Tullyallen Road Race was back in the calendar in 2007 but the usual financial problems halted it that year, and then in 2008, 2009 and 2010, even if the Boyne 100 was always in the calendars at the start of the Road Racing seasons.
